We provide TV wall mounting, bracket installation, cable concealment, soundbar installation, home theatre setup, and related home entertainment installation services. Service availability, pricing, and appointment scheduling are subject to change and confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Appointments
- All bookings made through our contact form are enquiries and are confirmed only once we respond with a confirmed appointment date and time by email.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your TV size, wall type, and installation location so we can prepare the correct equipment.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices listed on our website are starting estimates and may vary based on TV size, wall material, mount type, and any additional cable concealment work required.
- A final quote will be confirmed with you before installation work begins.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept the payment methods displayed in our website footer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the installation area is accessible and reasonably clear before our technician arrives.
- Confirm that the wall structure is suitable for mounting; where structural suitability is uncertain, our technician will advise before proceeding.
- Be present, or arrange for an authorised adult to be present, during the installation appointment.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via email. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability. Please also see our Refund Policy for details on refunds related to cancellations.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property during installation, TVWallMaout.online shall not be liable for pre-existing wall damage, hidden electrical or plumbing issues not disclosed prior to service, or damage to televisions or equipment supplied by the customer that is found to be defective prior to installation. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific job in question. Please also review our Disclaimer.
